Posting in General Chat thread.   11/11/2017

it has been noted that too many Members are posting messages in the General Chat area instead of the correct Forums. Any messages posted in the General Chat area that are not General Chat will be deleted without warning and offenders may recieve warning points if repeated instances are seen from that Member. There are plenty of different Club areas that encompass 99% of Ford related posts, please select and use the correct one. If anyone is not sure of which area to post something then feel free to P/M myself or other Senior Staff for guidance. The Moderating Staff are having to spend far too much time chasing this problem instead of maintaining the other areas of the forum.

  1. Thand you for the replies. At least I have something to go on. I'm going to take it back to my local Ford garage once the snow has cleared!
  2. Hi I have a 2005 Focus Titanium Estate. A few weeks ago an intermitent problem started in that occasionally when braking there would be an almighty clunk asthough something had fallen off the bottom of the car. Around about the same time I was driving out of a multi-storey car park and the steering screeched on tight bends. I have also noticed that I feel every bump of the road, when this is usually such a smooth car to drive, when I'm a passenger it feels as though the floor is vibrating. I took it to my local Ford garage who checked the tyre pressure, balancing etc and said they couldn't find anything wrong. Today I have driven my car (albeit in heavy snow) and it feels like I'm driving on a flat tyre. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong with my car?
