  1. Hello, I have a new badge to fit to the front grill of my 06 focus, I take it I have to unscrew the screws on the top of the grill, get to the back and fit the spring and screw the screw into the back of the badge and refit the grill into the bumper. My question is this, will this mean I get hit by the bonnet lock not working problem or because I'm not changing the front grill, just fitting a new badge, will I be ok? Many thanks.
  2. Hi there, I have a problem where when I unlock my Fiesta there is a noise (loud buzz) coming from the drivers side rear door, the door unlocks and locks normally but it doesn't sound good! I've been told I need a new central locking unit, is that correct? A friend who is a mechanic is going to fit it but he said the part was £100+ so to go onto ebay and find one for much cheaper. My car is a 51 plate, 2002 model, MK5 (pretty sure) have added a picture of the same car as mine (not mine) to the bottom of this post. Can anyone confirm it's the central locking and if it's not too cheeky post a link to the part on ebay. Many thanks in advance! Can supply reg if that helps. Just had a bit more of a look at it and have found Y1L12-BCL etched into the door lock as viewed with the door open and a picture (if it helps) of the lock.
