  6. OK, first time poster.. Ford Fiesta Zetec 1.4 TDCi 2002 1) Odometer has a temperamental problem. Now and again the LCD reading displays - - - - - - instead of e.g 101923. I'm not aware if this affects the drive of the vehicle, I haven't witnessed any changes; 2) Rev counter fails to give a reading. Sometimes the rev counter needle doesn't give a reading. This tends to result in high engine revs between gear changes instead of revs falling when clutch is disengaged. 3) Starting and cutting out. A reoccurring problem where the vehicle may (cold) start but immediately cut out then fail to start afterwards. The last time it happened was -3C outdoor temperature, but I was able to abandon the vehicle and it started the following afternoon when temperatures were +8C. Not sure on the temperature tonight but it was quite damp outside and the same problem arose so I've abandoned my car again. 4) Recently fuel meter gave a false reading of totally empty but was 1/4 laden. This error didn't last long. I think I have a problem. Any replies welcome
