  1. This is what Tech Radar says it does: http://www.techradar.com/news/car-tech/10-tech-tastic-features-inside-the-new-ford-fiesta-2012-1116488/2#articleContent Jim
  2. If it's like the Mondeo I had, If I only put a small amount of fuel in (ie didn't fill right up), it would always take several miles of driving for the gauge and trip computer to register the new fuel level. Jim
  3. ??? Whys that then - surely it still needs insurance to get the free tax disk? Jim
  4. Only the 2013 models have option of built in satnav. Prior models only had the option of a rear view mirror with a small satnav screen: http://www.ford.co.uk/FordFleet/NewsAndReviews/FordForBusiness/2010/September/MirrorNavi Jim
  5. I have to say those ebay dual horns do NOT look like air horns to me despite the wording? - They look like conventional electric snail horns. Air horns that I used to fit in my younger days had a separate air pump - like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/12V-RED-TWIN-2-TONE-AIR-HORNS-KIT-FOR-CAR-BOAT-VAN-TRUCK-LOUD-HORN-TRUMPET-SET-/350801848895?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item51ad6b6a3f Jim
  6. Don't know about the fiesta but on the Mondeo the handbook recommends leaving the Climate Control in Auto all the time. It will switch itself on and off as needed... Jim
  7. IIRC it detects if the sun is shining and if so enhances the aircon cooling to counteract the 'greenhouse effect' heating the car. Jim
  8. It is definitely the solar sensor for Climate Control. Many fords have/had them.... Jim
  9. Well it doesn't look like it without the seats folded after seeing this: Jim
  10. Hi, IMHO ESP is not the same as traction control, it is an advance on traction control. This is what the ford website says about it on the Focus: http://www.ford.co.uk/Cars/Focus/Safetyanddriverassistance Jim
  11. No No NO! I think you googled 'courtesy lights' and its given you the American meaning! In Britain 'courtesy lights' is another name for 'Interior lights' Jim
  12. Have a read of this article - it might explain the descrepency:: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-21759258 Jim
  13. Hi Ken, What engine did you go for in the ZS? I'm thinking of the same move from an x-type estate to a Fiesta, but still not sure.... Jim
  14. There is also the 80PS (non turbo) version of the engine - because of this it is not called an "Ecoboost" Jim
