  1. How to re attach this mirror? Found the mirror had fallen off while the car was parked! Tried with some force pushing it back in but no joy! Any help much appreciated Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  2. You are not going to call someone and ask for their VIN number, are you? I am trying to find a car on Autotrader and its a little bit suspicious to phone and ask for the car's VIN! The reg is a lot easier and not suspicious to ask for!
  3. Thanks, is there any easier way to check?
  4. So if I go with a Mondeo, S-Max or Galaxy 2.2 Litre diesel it will be a Durashift box? How can I find out if one has a Powershift box or Durashift?
  5. No sure, want to go for a diesel titanium! Mondeo got same auto box as the Focus mk2.5? Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  6. Hi, Currently still driving my Focus 07 plate 2.0 titanium auto petrol, but would like to go with a bigger car so thinking of a Mondeo Estate, Galaxy or S-Max. A friend advised against buying on of the above with automatic gearbox as these cars all have trouble with the automatic gearbox and told off. Current Focus drives fine with nearly 90k on the clock, a bit jerky sometimes but else is fine, no issues to report. So could someone please help me with my question regarding the Automatic gearbox in a Mondeo MK4 (2007+) Galaxy (2007+) or S-MAX(2007+) Are these auto boxes known to go wrong and really should stick with Manual?
  7. Yes, notice the thread on the rivet? Now forced it in but only goes this far. While a 5mmx9mm would fit nicely Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  8. Rivets picked up yesterday, but a little too big for rivets gun? See pictures. Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  9. Yep, ordered mine yesterday Friday and will be coming Monday. Will report back on Monday after fitting it all back together. Thanks for help Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  10. Thanks, did not expect these to be rivets, ordered a set of three and hope they will fit on a normal rivet gun.Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  11. So I was unlucky to reverse into the drive of a friend and did not notice a low post and as I pulled forward it latched into the near side of the rear bumper and noticed the bumper fell off and broke the bracket and plastic fittings. Now trying to fit the bracket but not really sure how? How to remove and re-install the three metal fittings that secure the bracket to the car body? See below pictures Anyone done something similar before?
  12. So does this Bluetooth system supports A2DP? With the Travelpilot Ex and Noki's bluetooth module? or is it just meant for phone?
  13. Here we have it, Nokia Bluetooth module... No wonder so many faulty of these... They are made by Nokia! 7m5t-19g488-ad and some say the last three digits are for language? AD= English and Spanish
