  2. Yeah pretty similar prices I just can't make up my mind what parts to use don't want to put the cheapest on but fords prices are loads more expensive than everywhere !

Hi all I have a ford focus 1.8tdci 2007 and the dual mass fly wheel is on it's way out was wondering if any body has ever fitted a conversion kit I have heard some bad reports about gear boxes and cranks getting bent any body got any horror stories or good feed back would be greatly appreciated thanks Sam Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

  5. I know the water pump is on the aux belt on the 1.8 tdci engine but I got told by ford that they recommend changing the cambelt either at 125000 or 10 years which ever comes sooner so I would ring them to check cheers Sam Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

That sounds good mate more bhp in your life I would take it to another mechanic sounds a bit guess work with mega bucks involved there is a decent scrap yard near me that has fixed prices for all car parts and they good prices gonna go tomorrow and see what the crack is but they have 2 focus in so hopefully one should me same because mines only a reg newer :-) Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

  14. No worries mate I only tested the sensor itself the cable is separate I haven't tried to test the cable and sensor together while spinning the wheel does anyone know how to test the abs module rang ford earlier and they are £1000 Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  15. Getting a signal when the wheel was spinning by setting my tester on ohms and connecting this to the two prongs coming out the sensor the reading was pulsing but it showed a circuit cheers Sam Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
