hailesy posted a topic in Ford Fiesta ClubMy Poor Fiesta MK 7 57 plate bumped into another car on a roundabout yesterday. Obviously my fault and on looking at the damage - number plate smashed, stress cracks on bumper and and bonnet slightly damaged on one side. Structure of the Car seems okay. I'm guessing I'll need a new Bumper and Bonnet and both would need to be sprayed Metallic. What sort of cost am I looking at? Cheers, Mark
Took my Car to Halfords for a Air Con Check. There's a Air Con Valve next to the Air Con Compressor but they reckon there should be another one somewhere under the bonnet as the Gauge Reader Valve didn't fit? Does anyone know if there is another Air Con Valve Port somewhere in the Car? :) Cheers, Mark
hailesy posted a topic in Ford Fiesta ClubGood Evening All, First of all my first post on this wonderful forum - so please be gentle and hello to everyone :) So down to the query I have: I Went to Tesco's Car Wash today and my car is lovely and clean. However, when I got home to get the shopping out of the boot I noticed half the red housing has broken off the rear high brake light exposing the light strip behind. So, I rang up the dealership to see how much a new red panel would be. They checked and stated the whole unit would need replacing. I nearly fainted when they quoted £61 + vat and this didn't include fitting! Looking on ebay I see you can get replacements LED clear brake light for as little as £30. What I would like to know how hard are these to fit (they state its simple) and does anyone have a step by step guide on how to do this? I would be very grateful if anyone can help. Many thanks, Mark
