  1. Hi, I have a 2007 ranger which I use for work. I do a lot of towing and when reversing heavy loads on Tarmac the drive train gets very wound up when in low ratio 4wd. My question is: does anyone know if it's possible to modify the gearbox to make it possible to engage low without 4wd. I am thinking about upgrading to a 3.2 new shape and wondered if it would be possible to do a similar thing with the electronic switched gearbox? Thanks
