  1. I remember back in my VW days on one of the forums was a list of guys who had the VAG version of this, their location, the capabilities of the hardware/software they had and their 'contribution' fee for helping members out with diagnostic checks, activation of certain conveniences etc. Would it be possible to do the same for this on this forum? Im not lazy, or a numpty and will probably attempt this at some point but time is my enemy. However, Id be quite happy to give someone £10 say to turn on automatic front heated windscreen, would save me a load of grief next winter! Anyway, just and idea. Means those that cant still get the benefits and those that can get reimbursed for their efforts. Let me know your thoughts, happy to help putting a list/table together. Cheers, Rob

  3. Hi Andy, I have a set of Xenons on the way to me but I have the 7 pin plug as well. You said you got all the lights working, was it as simple as just plugging them in and hey presto or did you have to mess with any of the wiring? Looking at the wiring diagrams it looks like there might be an additional earth needed from pin 8? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers, Rob Gdd Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

  5. Hi guys, New to the forum. Have just picked up a 2010 1.6 TDCi but it has drum brakes at the rear so interedted in upgrading with this conversion. Im going to try and source the main components second hand, do you know if there is a difference between the Mk2 & Mk2.5 parts? I have seen a few complete rear axles for sale that look perfect but are from circa 2006 so unsure whether they will be the parts I need? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rob
