Having constant problems with the turbo actuator valve sticking. Local Ford dealer have resolved but the same problem keeps reoccurring approx. every 3 -4 weeks resulting in coil light flashing and lack of power. Now able to unstick the valve by ourselves which does have a tight resistance point to it. Loosing confidence with the vehicle. Ford blame it on lots of stopping and starting journeys, the car has only done 20,000 miles and this does not seem a correct response. Apparantly it is common but we have never had such problems with any other diesel car. Is there anyone with same problem?
