Posting in General Chat thread.   11/11/2017

it has been noted that too many Members are posting messages in the General Chat area instead of the correct Forums. Any messages posted in the General Chat area that are not General Chat will be deleted without warning and offenders may recieve warning points if repeated instances are seen from that Member. There are plenty of different Club areas that encompass 99% of Ford related posts, please select and use the correct one. If anyone is not sure of which area to post something then feel free to P/M myself or other Senior Staff for guidance. The Moderating Staff are having to spend far too much time chasing this problem instead of maintaining the other areas of the forum.

  1. Air con and fan dial to windscreen

cheers for clearing that one up
  2. 2015 Fiesta ST Is this a correct function.... Every time i turn the dash fan dial round to windscreen , ie the furthest right. The air con light comes on I dont want the air con on just blowing on windscreen. Im sure when i turned it off it came back on a some point aswell. Is this operation correct or is it a fault cheers
  3. 2015 Fiesta ST tyre pressures

many thanks, i`ll check that out
  4. I altered the tyre pressures on my recently bought St as i thought they seemed high. Now i wish i hadn`t Cant get the warning to go away now. The passenger door card states 39F / 28R & 36F & 26R I`ve tried them all and still states check tyre pressures What is the correct pressures to get rid of this message (1 person in car)
  5. Yep, just booked in with Ford dealer this morning, cheers They require 2 visits. 1st visit is just to confirm the issue and plug it in to computer and they want to see the service book is up to date so I can claim Then will then order the replacements and I will have to go back a 2nd time for them to get fitted As long as they get done.
  6. Hi New to the forum as just bought a 2015 (64 plate ) car this week and only half of the cill plates are lighting up on both passenger and drivers side. I`ve found a useful video on youtube stating this is a common problem and due to the LED requireing re soldering inside and advising a ford warranty claim but others say they are only covered for 1 year. I`m going to contact the garage to rectify under warranty today but as i suspect and the dont do it, i`ll gladly do it my self.... Question is however, how do you remove the cill plates to dismantle them to do the repair ? cheers
