Posting in General Chat thread.   11/11/2017

it has been noted that too many Members are posting messages in the General Chat area instead of the correct Forums. Any messages posted in the General Chat area that are not General Chat will be deleted without warning and offenders may recieve warning points if repeated instances are seen from that Member. There are plenty of different Club areas that encompass 99% of Ford related posts, please select and use the correct one. If anyone is not sure of which area to post something then feel free to P/M myself or other Senior Staff for guidance. The Moderating Staff are having to spend far too much time chasing this problem instead of maintaining the other areas of the forum.

  1. New St Line Fiesta

    Y'all know there's a proper Mk8 ST coming right? https://www.ford.co.uk/future-vehicles/new-fiesta-st
  2. Head unit problems

2010 Fiesta Zetec-S with the "Radio/CD, MP3 compatible, matrix display, 6 speakers, remote audio controls, AUX and USB connection for external music devices, Bluetooth Hands-Free Telephone and Voice Control System" option fitted to it. When paired up to my phone, I've got the option to use Media Audio on my S8+ So you may need to change the Bluetooth Module in a similar way to this guide -
  3. DRL Front Fog Lights

https://www.ford-accessories.co.uk/fiesta/2008/styling/lighting-systems?intcmp=other:acc:pdp:prod-list-view::select-product-group Ford themselves offer them for the Fiesta, so as long as they turn on with the ignition and then turn off when you turn on the headlights, can't really see them being a problem.
  4. Bluetooth Audio

2010 Zetec-S here, which had the 6 speaker upgraded option from factory, with BT, USB and AUX connections. Did the Nov 2012 upgrade when I got it regardless (bought 2nd hand) so I dont know if it worked before that, but anyway, once I'd paired my phone (Note 4) to the stereo, I had the option in AUX section of the display to use BT Audio. Was as simple as that.
