Posting in General Chat thread.   11/11/2017

it has been noted that too many Members are posting messages in the General Chat area instead of the correct Forums. Any messages posted in the General Chat area that are not General Chat will be deleted without warning and offenders may recieve warning points if repeated instances are seen from that Member. There are plenty of different Club areas that encompass 99% of Ford related posts, please select and use the correct one. If anyone is not sure of which area to post something then feel free to P/M myself or other Senior Staff for guidance. The Moderating Staff are having to spend far too much time chasing this problem instead of maintaining the other areas of the forum.

  1. hey looking at mondeo's would like a mk4.5 titanium x tdci 2.0 2011 theres a 163ps and a 140ps been looking at just wondering is 60k miles ok for a diesel and what engine would be better? ive never had a diesel before so new to it but alot of people are saying its fine for a diesel (was looking to get a fiesta or focus but after a long trip with my friends and family in my current car ......lets just say its too small lol) thanks
  2. I have had my 1.0 Fiesta for about 2 months now and have noticed that the miles to 0 calculator is ridiculously wrong! I have tried this a few times but basically I drive 10 miles (normal Driving) and my miles to 0 calculator goes to 20 miles left! no matter how I drive this calculator goes down 1 mile every 300-400 meters. Does anyone else have this? also I have a 20 mile drive to the petrol station I usually use will I get there when my trip calculator thing states 20 miles to 0! Thanks in advance
  3. Hi all, long time voyeur, but first time poster. I have a little problem which I would appreciate some help with. I have a 2008 Focus Zetec S, and yesterday when I filled the car up with petrol (£15 only), the needle for the petrol rose to where it should as per normal (car was running on empty), but as you will see in the attached photo, the digital display which indicates how many miles I can drive with the remaining petrol in the tank is on zero. I thought maybe this is just a "bug" with the car and decieed to park the car up and check this morning/evening, but again same issue. The digital display still reads I can drive "0 mls" only! What could this be guys? Please also note that all the other functions; mpg, etc work perfectly fine. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you. :)
