Just having a quick flicker through the whole site, im wondering if it was a good idea to have areas like northants, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire etc etc. At least then if people want to enquire in areas about events as such you can keep stuff local to home, and even find people in your local area!

we might be able to do that with club meets and probably drill it down to regions, like south west, north east. Members can highlight their area in their subjects when arranging a meet. Thats the best place to start.
We can get this sorted, actually we should get a wish list sorted and approve some more features for the club and work on them

My opinion on the matter would be that although a good idea, there is not someone to represent every "area" leaving some of the "Sub forums" empty ?

I suppose have reigions such as midlands, north, south etc and you could cover alot more area and get alot more attention, thus this could take up areas which are not taken up by reps.
Also, seeing meets are now going to be started more regularly, could monthly meets in areas be added to the calender atall? I think this way people can look at local events or even if there are big events going on.
Cheers, Jack

I like the idea of adding sub forums to the meets section - although making them large regions such as midlands and southeast is probably wise, otherwise there will be large swathes or unrepresented and probably empty forum.
