How do you remove a ford galaxy door card

My first post,

Hi, I have a 53 plate Galaxy and i need to remove the door card to find out what has broken
with my electric windows. Does anybody know how to do this without breaking the card?

A hammer usually works. Even if the tool of a pikey and we all know it.
