Rustproofed Ka With Dinitrol

The Black Panther is now rustproofed. I decided I wanted it doing with Dinitrol rather than Waxoyl because it leaves a nicer finish and lasts longer.

Dinitrol 4941 was used underneath. Dinitrol Corromax brown cavity wax was used inside the doors, rear panels, sills, A and B pillars, and the boot lid.

The quality of these pics is a bit hit and miss, I'm afraid. Also, in the pictures, the underseal looks really glossy and wet - thats because these were taken before it had fully dried. It now has a nice matte finish.

Underneath the boot floor, before treatment:

Notice the poor primer job from the factory, uneven with most of it not covered properly.

The driver's side underneath, before treatment:

Rear wheel arch, petrol filler side, before treatment:

Nope, but since you mentioned it, i've looked it up. Sounds like its like Hammerite underbody sealant with some Waxoyl added in? Either way, very doubtful that its as good as Dinitrol.
