A place where all topics on "How to" could be placed ... light-bulb change, radio removal etc etc
Projects/Restorations -
Start a topic on your car and keep all changes in there for others to keep an eye on.

how about everytime someone submits a tip or guide they earn stars and wear a contributor badge under their name?

This would be a useful tool allowing someone asking advice to see how reliable the content of the answer is.
Would the stars be user rated or a simple star applied to those who help out?
