Can anyone offer advise on how to open the bonnet, the release cable will not activate.
Is there any way to manually release the bonnet?

You might be able to reach up from below to move the release catch across and open the bonnet, if that doesnt work the chances are you will have to break the black plastic grill to open it? Personally i`d try getting under the car and slide the catch across )
