hi, in my car the drivers window goes down with one thouch to the button,but to close the window i have to keep my finger on it,and is the passenger window suppose to do the same.

Thats the way they are for some reasion my 05 plate zetech was the same this is standard on the zetech model only one touch down on drivers side.

Sorry every thing else ok with the car?

you could try a window reset
To reset the windows, follow these steps:

Hold the switch down until the window is all the way down
Release the switch then hold down again for 5 seconds
Press the switch so the window goes all the way up
Release the switch and press it up, again for 5 seconds
this works for the mondeo so i dont see why the focus should be any different

My friend got the same problem. I quickly get back to him after reading this particular thread hoping for some changes. We keep on pressing the switch until the window goes all the way up but we didn't succeed.
