Hi , after several problems with my 02 mk3 tdci my garage has come to the conclusion that i need one or two injectors, obviously i dont want to pay ford prices , there are several on ebay but how do i know which ones i need and is it possible to fit one or two as i was led too believe you need to change all four, thanks

you dont have to change all injectors but would reccomend it as they will all go within a few thosand miles of each other,the injectors need to be coded to the ecu so not a diy job but any good engine shop car refurb the injectors you have in the car when removing mark were each injector was.

going off my car i had 3 injectors refurbed,1 new injector, full diagnosis,1 injector coded in it was £400

I had the same problem but I no abit about cars, I two recon from eBay but make sure u get the rite make as there is Delphi and Bosh fuel systems

I had to have a mine done to ! its a complete pain but thats life. I would do the set, you cant really mix and match as my understanding they are setup for each vehicle. unless you can recode them.

i had 4 injectors tested and failed, 4 injectors fitted and recoded, road test for £500 at local delphi agent.
