Engine Systems Fault

I just had a split intercooler hose replaced and now I get the above message as soon as I turn on the ignition. The garage re-checked everything (all wires reconnected etc) and all seems to be in order. It appears to be in a limp home mode as I cant get above 3000 revs when I drive it.

It may be a coincidence but could it be DPF related as its nearly on 100K miles now. I'm hoping its not this and is something thats been overlooked during the intercooler pipe replacement.

Typical as I was going to view a Mazda3 to Part-Ex the focus with on Sat!
