galaxyauto Posted September 12, 2008 Share Posted September 12, 2008 Hello.. Im new to this fourm, and have a Galaxy Auto with the Ford 2300 16v engine. My sister borrowed the car, and subsiquently has cooked the head... HOWEVER, not only has she cooked the head shes also melted TWO pistons, no.2 two and three... My question, as NONE of my local scrap yards havent got any engines in, will for Scorpio 2300 16v installation fit in the Galaxy, IE: Has the engine got the bolt holes for the Transverse Engine mount plate that goes across the timing chain case ???
