HI THERE I MIGHT BE BUYING A FORD ESCORT 1.8 CONVERTIBLE 1996 (N-REG) THE MAN WHO IS SELLING HAS SAID HE GOT LAST YEAR AND IT WAS RUNNING FINE THEN HE PUT IT UNDER A CAR COVER OVER THE WINTER AND NOW IT WILL NOT START HE DID SAY HE SPRAYD EASY START AND IT STARTED UP COULD ANY ONE HELP ME ON THIS PLEASE.
