Featured Replies

Hi everyone again how are we today

looked at mrs fiesta tonight and i think her stub axle is slightly bent would this cause it to pull to the left i thought it may be tracking but there is no uneven wear on the tyres this was like it when she had the car but she voided her warrenty by not having ford service it so carcraft want naff all to do with it ford saying they want £££££ so i got to service it now and sort it all out for her but yet she paid out £1235.98 for a warrenty that would of covered all of this anyways has anyone got any ideas about this

Normally you dont need to have ford service it just a vat registered garage to keep the warranty valid.

Has the tracking been done? it may not have had time to wear the tyres unevenly yet.

if all the common things have been checked ie tyre pressure/draging brakes ect the best thing you can do is have a four wheel alignment check done,as for the warrenty as long as it was a registered garage and genuien parts were used there should not be a problem
