I have KA Millenium (Xreg) and cannot operate the central locking and do not get speaker sound. Have been told that the pin connection where the door loom joins the main loom is corroded. Is this a common complaint? and what should be my next course of action (before I spend big sums!!)

Not sure if it is a common problem, how much is a pin connection? Can you just not fit it yourself?

check for any damaged wires where it passes through the door frame
