whats the best oil for a 2000 1.8 focus with 75000 miles on the clock i know 5w/30 but what make do you recommend and what about synthetic?

I'd only ever use Ford oil or Castrol Magnatec which is endorsed by Ford.

Both cost about the same as far as I know.

I agree there are so many oil brands to choose from all boasting to be the best, but to be absolutly sure your getting the right oil go to ford, they will give you ford formula E or F, 5w 30
