Has anyone Else got a Sony Stereo in their Focus that keeps locking up?
I've got a Sony Mark 2 Stereo in my Focus 1.8 TCDi and it keeps locking up when the phone rings or when I'm in a call.
Usually I can just eject the CD and put it back in and it's fine but since it last went in for a service this doesn't work and even when the car is turned off the stereo ramains frozen and on!
Apparently at my local Ford garage 5 people have already come across this problem but Ford refuse to acknowledge the problem exists untill more people have it.
Anyone?

If there having the same problem more than once then cant see why they wont acknowledge it!
