I have had a problem with the rear mats(passenger side) getting absolutely soaked. Took KA(new model 2009)back to Ford in April. They changed the rubber seals around all 3 doors. mats did dry out over the summer, but now we've had heavy rain again the problem has come back.Has anyone else had this problem?

Is it just the mats or is the carpet wet as well? If u search through these posts I had a prob with the rear passenger side carpet being sodden, won't bore u with the details again but just check every inch of your carpet to see if its also wet.

Oh sorry 2 hear that. I did get it fixed but only after the 3rd attempt and after getting the general manager involved. A very long and stressful battle! U need 2 take it back 2 them, and mention 2 them about the possibility of there being 2 holes under the back bumper that should have been filled that weren't, this was eventually found 2 b the cause of leaking in my car. This might not be the prob for you but its a good start I'd say. The whole of the soundproofing and carpet were soaked through when they took it out and they replaced it all, if yours has the same problem it will have been leaking through pretty much from day one so really they should do same for you but I'm not sure where you stand in terms of warranty as I'm guessing yours is now out of warranty period?
