Ricksta7
Hi everyone, only me with another question. I unlocked my car this morning, I took a few seconds longer than normal to get in and start the engine, when I did it would not start... could this be because I took a little longer than normal? All I done after this is locked / unlocked car and it started fine. Many Thanks.
mintalkin
most likely the immobaliser automatically kicking in because of the delay in time

mintalkin
it is the double lock function and also switches on the alarm ultrasensors for the interior if fitted
Rikos
it is the double lock function and also switches on the alarm ultrasensors for the interior if fitted It dead locks the doors i believe if you press it twice. @mintalkin - switches on alarm sensors for the interior, is this right? I would have thought that if you press it once you turn all the alarm on and then press it twice to turn interior sensors of just in case your leaving a dog or kids in the car but want to lock the doors. mintalkin
just double checked in the handbook, double locking the doors turns the sensors on and prevents the doors from being opened from the inside
