Bluetooth Pairing To Mondeo Titanium X

Hello people,, new member, first post. Just bought a 2008 ford mondeo titanium x 2.3 great car. I,ve paired my phone to the car, no problem, i just can't see who's calling, i dont think its excepting my phonebook names. I,ve got a Samsung, some people are saying i need to get a nokia, i,v been on ford compatible phones, it helped a little, any ideas thanks.
