heres a good 1 for you

while looking for the starter i noticed that the water reservoir for the rad was very low ,so i thought id top it up.

started to top it up and 6 litres of water thought to my self uuummmm this ait right,

at this point i thought all that waters going somewere ???

checked underneath no leaks nothing visable at all???

then i thought to myself well what has the capacity to hold 6 litres of water???

ooowwwwww !Removed!

check the oil dipstick plenty of oil in there although it looks a little like water mixed in too..

ow deer i thought placeing the dipstick back into the engine only for water to spurt out ...

droped the sump bolt to let all the oil out to see what was going on and hey presto niagara falls ..

6 literes of water gushing all all my drive.

im guessing

(not an educated guess id like to add)

that the engines gone pop

any thoughts as to what it maybe rather then a knackered engine.

You didn't actually start it up though, no?

If not, you may be okay with a flush (although they recommend warming the engine up as part of the process).

Try your local motor factor and see what product they can advise.

Don't forget to change the oil filter too though. :)

[edit] Oops, just saw the date of the post, sorry.
