Heater/blowers

Does anybody have any ideas to why there is no heat coming from the blowers, even though the heater dial is turned up full and is the same on every blower setting (i.e. settings 1-4), has anybody had the same problem or know what part needs replacing and if its a hard job to do yourself.

this is on a 2002 Mk6 Fiesta Zetec 1.4

Thanks

Jason
