I seem to find conflicting information on my 2008 mondeo 2.0 tdci titanium x. SOme websites say it has a chain, some say it has a belt. ANy ideas people? Also when should it be changed?

the mk3 had a chain, but a 2008 should be the mk4 so it has a cam belt, according to ford ets they should be changed Every 125 000 miles/10 years anlong with the tensioner and idlers, but to be safe i would go slightly earlier than that.

thanks ! thats very interesting as on autoexpress's website its states that all MK4 mondeos are chain driven!!
