The lights on my car is pointing a bit low.

Which adjusting screws does the vertical and horizontal adjustments?

even when you put them at there highest? on the dash?

if you want to manually do them then its a yellow allen key, about 8mm on the back of the headlights no need to take them out just give them half - full turn at a time and make sure you do it of an evening parked about 30ft away from a wall so you can see if they are projecting to high
