1.6 Zetec Se Engine Swap

hi there

im going to be swapping the 1.6 zetec se engine in my 51 plate mk1 focus soon and i was wondering if any one had any hints or tips that might come in useful when undergoing the swap, one of my main questions is is it easier to remove the engine on its own or is it easier to remove with gearbox?
