Please can anyone help? I have smashed the rear (passenger side) fog lamp on my 2007 Ford Focus. I need instructions (better than those found in the owners manual) on how to replace the lamp etc.

Thanks in advance:)

Sorry to hear of the damage mate, if you lie under the bumper you will see two large fins one either side of the fog lamp housing push both of them to the centre of the fog light unit (take care as their not clips just spring plastic dont push too hard) then push out towards the back of the car, the unit will pop out, no problem, then twist the bulb housing half a turn anti-clockwise and pull gently, your bulb housing will pop out,

You can buy an original on e-bay second hand for around £20

or like me you can get a red bulb and a reverse unit from Belgium which is clear the same as the opposite side.Clear Fog Unit link
