i take you mean what does euro 4 focus 1.8tdci?

euro 4 - is a european standard engine for low emisions.

obviously focus 1.8 tdci is ford focus 1756cc Turbo Diesel Common rail Injection.

Depending on the year of the vehicle, it may also mean that you have got the Diesel Particulate Filter (god help you if you are another victim!)
