Hi, I have a ford F-250 7.3L in the workshop at the moment and just doing some tests and I think there is not enough fuel supply from the low pressure pump to the high pressure pump, I have put a gauge on there to check the pressure and it reads 50psi is this the correct reading? Thanks

Factory pressures are anywhere from 40 to 70psi so 50psi should be ok.
