Took the ZS to the local ford dealer today and one of the mechanics tried to activate bluetooth/vc and usb using the ids.

When the configuration was being written back to the car it kept throwing errors. Does anyone know why this might be happening. The mechanic said he would ring ford technical to try and find an answer
