Help Mondeo Tdci

hi all, im new to all this stuff, but hear it goes.

i have recently bought a mondeo tdci it has injector problems, iv got it booked in for tuesday,

but i have a few little problems i wanna ask about.

the power steering has gone really hard like as if i have the engin turned off but i havent, i have tryed bleeding it but it dont seem to work,

also my handbreak is not holding i have put new cables in, but i have heard that i might need to reset the equaliser?? does any one now anything about this????
