HI SUPERTECHS I HAVE 2006 MONDEO TDCI 115,THE PROBLEM IS CAR WILL START WHEN WARM BUT LEAVE IT MAYBE A HOUR IT WILL STRUGGLE TO START.I HAVE CHANGED GLOWPLUGS,FUEL FILTER,DRAINED TANK CHECKED FUEL,AIR FILTER,ALSO GUTTED OUT EGR VALVE AS IT WAS CHOKED UP AND INLET MANIFOLD.JUST DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO TRY.HELP.MANY THANKS MARRAK.

there is a warm start issue software update for the ecu you need to ask ford about doing it.
