Hi All,

Below is a link to the video of the noise as I drive along.

You can hear me accelerate then the 'whing noise' starts.

Changed idle air control valve, back box and air filter

Check the wheel bearings for play. Rock each axis, if there is movement it's usually a good indicator of a worn wheel bearing. That's all I can make out from the video you posted, going by the sound it's just a guess.
