Hi,
My heater control dial does not seem to be Working. No matter where you turn the dial (windscreen, footwell etc) it continually stays on the footwell and does not change the air direction.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

Sounds like the cables attached to the heater control have came loose, ( common problem )
