Hi guys i have just joined this forum today :)

I have recently brought an Escort GTi and gotta say i love it! Always been a fan of Fords since my old man has always owned one!
My problem with this one is that when i hit a bump or little crack in the road (which happens alot near londonwith all the potholes!) the orange ABS light comes on.
Anyone had any experience with this and can shed any light on the matter?! Many thanks and Hi :)

Hello and welcome to the forum :)

First thoughts are a loose connection, possibly at one of the wheel sensors.

As above.

There wont be much else it can be to be honest.

Take the wheel off and you'll see the wire going t the sensor. Take it apart and give it a good clean.
