Help I have bought a focus ghia w reg last week and a few problems have come up that annoy the hell outta me.

1) When I start the car the brake lights, dash lights, side lights, interior lights all pulsate for 20 seconds and then stop.

2) Also driving home this afternoon the passenger window had a fit and wouldn't stay closed.

3) Not to sure if this is the same on other focus's but I cannot open the passenger window from the drivers controls only close it.

Any advice on what to do would be great.

Sorry for all the questions just would like to get this sorted

Thanks

it sounds like you have a voltage regulation problem, check and clean the battery terminals along with any earth points. if this does not cure the problem it could be the regulator itself playing up and you will need to get your alternator checked.
