Ford MP3 radio

3 posts in this topic

Hi all, I work at a Ford dealership and have a customer in at the moment with a Ford Focus radio that is meant to play MP3 cds, when a MP3 cd is installed the radio displays the word 'ROOT'

Has anyone come across this before??? we are at a loose end!!! Many thanks, Jay

it could be that the root menu on the disc is not there or corrupted, does the disc play in any other unit?

To the best of my knowledge it has noot been tested on another unit so you could be correct. i did think at first it was probably the way he dowloaded it but thought i would check no one else had heard of the problem. I will get my guts to find another unit to check the disc on. Thanks
