To be perfectly honest, its not worth the expense.
Unless the car is highly tuned you will not notice a difference, good quality regular servicing and quality parts will give you more satisfaction and possibly better performance. sorry to pi$$ on your fire. Is the 1.3 a zetec or duratec engine?
