fiesta electric window problem

i have a fiesta 2004 zetec climit 1.4d and my passager window goes up and down reall slowly can any1 help with suggestions what the problem cud be

I often find the cold affects the speed

you could try some sylicone spray in the runners to act as a lubricant.

operate the window and at the same time see if the window is gettin stuck within the window channels, if the window still moves slowly it could be a fault with the window lift mechanism.

Agree, lub helps, makes it run like normal for speed of window, might also stop the motor burning out with age as it has less workload through its life - this is why I did it on my front windows.
