Vibration At Low Revs

i am looking for some advice to see if i have a problem at low revs in my car

When drving in 2.3.4 or 5th gear inbetween 1000-1500 rpm there seems to be alot of vibration coming from the car,

for example, Im driving in traffic and i slow down to match the car in front, e.g 3rd at 20mph then the other pulls away so i apply the accerator again everthing just seems to vibrate when pulling away again until its over 1500 rpm then its fine again.

Its the 1.6 tdci 90ps, 2006 year model

Is this normal for this engine, I also drive a focus 2.0 tdci as it doesnt suffer from this problem
