My daughter, bless her heart, thought it would be a good idea to pull the silver tab off the air vents on the dash of my '57 plate S-Max Zetech, and throw it out of the window.

Is it possible to buy replacements? If so, where can I get them from?

Your photo doesn't work.
The cheapest/easiest option will be to get replacement airvents off of ebay.
